Plan ahead
Let's get things started: when can you begin?
The IDC itself only runs in Komodo, and sitting your Instructor Exam here too — the Komodo IE — is the main, recommended option. Can't make it? No problem — you can sit your IE at one of a few other PADI locations in Indonesia instead.

The Instructor Development Course is only taught here in Komodo, and finishing with the Komodo IE right after is the smoothest, most recommended path. If the Komodo IE dates genuinely don't fit your schedule, your IDC still stays in Komodo — you'd simply sit the Instructor Exam itself at one of these other PADI locations in Indonesia instead.
